Serving new customers — Simple

Simple is an online bank with budgeting tools built into one simple app. This product team focused on converting new sign-ups into active customers in Simple. 

I drove near-term strategy for user onboarding, based on business needs, customers needs, and user data. Worked through engineering and time constraints to create a flexible onboarding flow the supported running A|B tests. The new experience drastically improved the number of customers funding their account and the initial funding amount.

From there, worked to approach long-standing customer problems. Collaborated and built on visual and working prototypes that were tested both internally and with users. Once validated, I worked on moving from concept into a realistic MVP within the current Simple experience.
